Provide Hope and Change Lives
Change Their Lives was born out of a desire to give people in need access to paid educational work opportunities. With a primary focus on providing access to advanced careers in the technology sector, Change Their Lives offers paid apprenticeships to Veterans, Military Spouses, At-Risk Youth, Non-Traditional Hires, Unemployed or Underemployed workers, those who have been touched by the justice system and more. Change Their Lives is looking to work with anyone trying to solve the technology gap, and primarily looking to connect employers with great talent.
Learn-while-you-earn models are required to advance the US workforce, empower communities and to provide a better standard of living for more families. Change Their Lives came about to help subsidize the financial burden and extend the runway of Dev Pipeline, a Utah-based mentorship organization that provides paid apprenticeships through their 45-week Full-Stack Web Development program and offer on the job training through our apprenticeship program over 30 weeks paid training and mentoring by industry professionals.
